Re:       Home Sprinkler System Project

 

Here are the project requirements for our home sprinkler system. We’d like to consider using your services on this project and so would like to get a quote from you.  If you have any questions or need clarification, please e-mail me or call me.

 

I.                     OVERVIEW

 

Install an automated sprinkler system at our home.

 

II.                   FEATURES AND REQUIREMENTS

 

Complete coverage of all grass areas with automatic timer for all zones.

 

The four gardens on the lot already have, or will have, drip sprinkler systems.  These should each be on a zone if possible.  You do not need to install the drip sprinkler systems, just connect to them.

 

Automatic rain switch to turn the system off if it is raining.

 

Extra zones which terminate:

near our back door,

in back garden, and

in the front garden. 

These will be used for a future deck drip system and modular hose connectors.  We plan to install a deck in 2003 or 2004.

 

III.                  TIMING

 

If you can get a quote to us in the next two weeks, we would like to begin the project in the next few weeks. 

 

In addition to this document, I have also included a rough drawing of our property.  The water main comes in from the front right corner of the property.  This drawing may be helpful, but a visit to the lot is probably still necessary.  Please call me to make arrangements.
